Yes the ER will take you if your withdrawals are serious enough. I have been to ER for detox 12-20 times. The doctors and ER staff began to hate me but still admitted me because they knew it was life threatening. Alcohol withdrawal can be very serious & they will more than likely give you a "nerve pill" to help ya out.
