. I had a drinking problem that no matter what I thought about it, like; it was a living nightmare, a horrible experience. Mattered little compared to what behaviors I was willing to change. Alcoholics are masters of rationalization. They can come up with some way-out explanations for why they drink as with some pretty common causes to drink. Legitimate reasons or not to drink, nothing changes until I make behavioral changes...and I did.
