I would like to thank each and every one of you,it was people like you that got me through the beginning.
Had a little read of my firsts posts here from last year... Oh my Gawd, who was that ole wino?!!? I was just a shell of a person and I was so frightened I wouldn't make it. I really thought I might die. I don't recognize the words, but I do remember the pain, the fear and the desperation. Each day I came on here and posted. This place was my life line to sanity and sobriety.
If I did it, it can be done. Love yourselves enough, you are worth it. I know none of you think so right now, but just have faith, believe and be strong.
