Congrats on making it through! These drinking holidays are hard for me too, and I have to remind myself that my romanticizing being able to go out and participate in the "party" is never going to happen again. At the end of my drinking, it was NOT a party... it was me, home alone, drinking wine every night, totally pathetic.
Not a "party" I ever want to go back to.
