You're right it is time to pick yourself up and move upward & onward because I was told once that as an alcoholic & an addict I was expected to relapse or as I say (since I personally do not believe in relapse), I was expected to make that conscious &/or unconscious decision to get messed up...but now that I am 22 days away from having 2 years of clean & sober time, I believe that I am expected to do whatever it takes to stay clean & sober at all times...no exceptions...so I hope that maybe I helped you &/or someone else out just a little bit today!!
