When I quit I felt like I had made such a wasteland of my life fixing it was impossible.

At first that was a simple as brushing my hair...throwing out the empties...then something a little bigger, say taking the dogs to the park aNd talking to people. Now I have redecorated my home, am training for a marathon and setting up my own business. And it all began with quitting drinking and brushing my hair
