Do you want to quit drinking? I'm not sure what you meant by that 4pm thing, but I imagine it has to do with being locked in a routine of drinking. I can remember times I didn't want to leave work or for vacation days to come. I used to think it was because I didn't "have a life" and didn't know how to get one; now I understand it was because I knew what was waiting for me when I got there. (More drinking.)
