Thanks for all the feedback... Its been 27 hours since my last .5mg of xanax. I went through my first night and only sleept a few hours if that. My heart is beating fast, I guess that is whats keeping me from sleeping. I know that my body and minsd is wanting the drug and I'm not going crazy... this is what is driving me to quit cold turkey. I Know I'm playing a deadly game, but I'm staying positive and keeping busy at home to help with the pain. PLEASE! dont stop responding. Reading your post is kind of soothing.
