I quit 7 months ago, cold turkey, ending up seizing.
I'm off them 7 months now and still have many withdrawal symptoms. Generally withdrawal lasts 6 - 18 months.
The only option offered to me to deal with any of the symptoms was to reinstate benzos lol or take a bunch of SSRIs until they found one which had bearable side effects, lol/
I'm sticking it out, at this rate of healing I hope to be back to near 100% by the 1 year mark.
