Welcome Sk8 and glad you are with us.
For me.....once I quit drinking the anxiety became almost non existent and the panic attacks completely stopped.
I worked with my doctor and have thankfully not needed any medications, etc. Until I got sober though.....couldn't tell if it was alcohol related or other underlying conditions.
