Hey guys, just thought I'd share that it is now six months since I last had a drink. There's been a few ups and some major downs along the way but finally getting to grips with things and being honest with myself and my loved ones was the best decision I've ever made. Thanks to every single one of you as I couldn't have got to where I am today without you all.
I am very much aware that there's plenty of work ahead but I'm glad to reach this milestone. It gives me a bit of distance and a good solid base to build on for the future.
