Good to see you're hanging in there. It's hard to deal with anxiety. Of course, the only thing that would make it worse is a drink....
This may sound weird, but I took up knitting after I got sober. It's great therapy! When things get really bad, though, I try to think of things to be grateful for. Usually by the time I list a few, I start to feel a little more positive.
