I started out having 'just one' glass of wine to 'relax' before the kids got home from school and within six months was drinking all day, every day.
It sure does progress, and faster than you'd think.
And I thought I was 'alright' cause I was 'only' drinking wine...
I finally had enough and gave it up for good over a year ago. You can too.
