good to see you on here. but yes you need to see a dr. bc with benzos you need to be tappered off. you could have seizures etc. Happened to my sisiter and she almost lost her life. i dont want to scare you, but you really need to see a dr for this withdrawl its nothing to mess around with. I know that is the last thing you want to do. But you NEED to. best of luck. you can do this
