I didn't hear from my youngest at all yesterday, which is out of character and usually means a storm's on the horizon in her life.
I was right.
Even though my heart hurts for her, I have to stay focused on my own recovery, and let go.
Lots of deep breaths, and five minutes at a time if that is what it takes for me.
