Sounds about how most of my last 10-15 years have been. Do you get the crazy heart racing at 120 a minute too? That's what really scared me, lying in bed with my heart beating so fast I can't go to sleep.
Nah not so much, but I didnt even close my eyes last night. My HR was at about 100ish. I kinda feel like it might have been a little higher because I was very nervous. Still very scary stuff.
