I discovered the same thing. While looking for an "End Of Drinking" solution, I found an "End Of Suffering" solution.
When I am spiritually fit, nothing, absolutely nothing, can disturb me enough to make me feel that I am suffering.
The Buddha figured this out about 2,500 years ago. He called it the 3rd Noble Truth.
