Its OK that you haven't told anyone about the workbook, or this forum. I've been sober almost 3 months, and noone but my husband knows about this forum or AA. I found that I don't want anyones opinion or advice in this. Its up to ME and I will take the advice and opinions of my AA family, who have truly BEEN IN MY SHOES.
