It was just this last spring. CBS Sunday Morning show did a whole section on this alcohol..it used to be illegal in the U.S. Now it is legal. They said it is a hullocinogen with euphoric effects. So part of this is advertising. I don't get out much..but this is the first I have ever heard of it. I am thinkin with advertising like this..every kind of addict you can think of comes out of the woodwork.
