I can very much relate to your experience. I have woken up many mornings with regret. I never really knew exactly what I did or said, but I knew I had talked to much and/or acted in the wrong way. That is one of the main reasons I want to get sober. I can't have just one drink like everyone else around me. I acted like a fool and all we can do from here is get sober and live our lives how they are supposed to be lived. Keep it up! I'll be taking the journey with you.
