I don't wanna get all corny or anything but in my early days learning this is what helped me and still does.
Dog,
Give me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The Courage to change the things I can, and
The Wisdom to know the difference.
(don't mean to offend anyone with the Dog thing, it's just more me
