I'm not sure who did it, but it's a pretty childish move, and probably something I wouldn't spend too much time worrying or thinking about. Have it removed from your yard, then have it removed from your brain. Act like it never happened. If it's him, he's looking for a response, and the best thing would probably be not to give him one.
