Well, I guess you didn't get much rest! I had thought the facility where your AH was, was supposed to help you line up your AH next facility he was going to transfer to. However, if you are at square one again, I would recommend you make an appointment with a psychiatrist, and tell him that your AH needs to go into rehab that can deal with the dual-diagnosis, and ask him for his assistance. I, also, would contact your insurance company with the same information to find out what rehab facilities are covered by your insurance.
I guess I'm lucky living in a city where medical facilities is one of our prime industries.
