initially i lost 12-13# over 2 months...but compensated with too many sweets. and not exercising enough.
after a rude awakening from the scale, i'm tracking what I eat and getting back to regular exercising....i had been consuming lots of halloween candy the past 2-3 weeks.
i was drinking about 2,000 extra calories a day in wine, empty sugar alcohol calories, gained over 30# in 2 years....looked and felt horrible.
one thing that is helpful is to take a weekly picture of yourself, you will be amazed at the changes, for me especially the facial bloat disappeared.
