I'm asking for help
Sounds like it, doesn't it!?! Yay! A breakthrough!
Going to try and find a meeting in my area and get the literature.
It's just so hard to absorb with all of the emotions around it. Suppose I need to take myself out of the picture and then look at my roles and how I'm affected.
