Thinking about this as "One Day at a Time" is the way that I have gotten this far. I was in a meeting about a month ago and the speaker who had like 20 or so years said that when ever she thinks about drinking, she just puts if off tomorrow. She said if it's really that important then she can do it tomorrow.
