A trick I learned from my super healthy sponser who wanted me to make her birthday cake. You can substitute garbonzo beans (chick peas) for flour in recipes.....NO FAT....no taste , super source of protein. I couldn't believe it. Another friend was so excited to know this for her autistic son has to be gluten free.....she is so excited. You can use the canned ones.....throw them in a blender with other ingredients...really...brownies, cakes, muffins.....much healthier!
