Coyote, I would have a hard time giving up the potatoes too. Love em. I keep potatoes at work so that if I forget to bring a lunch, or I don't like what's being served at school (and we have awesome cooks who make homemade meals, BTW) I make myself a baked potato in the microwave. Comfort food for me.
The potluck sounds like it was a Yahtzee. Four plates plus one? That's what potlucks are all about.
