Pelican, I make a similar corn casserole, but like Live, always at Thanksgiving, and without the cheese. I want to try yours now...maybe I can work it in today with some chilli...I'm going to need a break from writing my research paper. And my family's gotta eat.
Live, the noodles sound delicious. Can't wait to try them.
