I have too many favorites!
But, oh yeah, the cooler weather has got me going!
We made homemade egg noodles this week:
1 c flour
1 egg
1/2 eggshell milk
Roll out very thin on dusted surface, slice into thin strips, drop into boiling stock. (I love chicken)
Serve with mashed potatoes ( on top of them and all mixed together..yummy)
I like it with baked chicken.
