I made it through my first weekend. Today (Monday) is day 7!
Hardest time was Saturday afternoon hanging out with family and nothing much to do.
Perfect drinking time, says the little voice inside! I just kept the thought that one drink would lead to 10 and I would wake up at 4:00 in the morning wondering why I did it AGAIN and loathing myself AGAIN.
It was the best weekend I have had in a very long time.
