I work w/ developmentally delayed 0-3 yr. olds and have some experience w/ FAS. Facial characteristics can tell you alot..flattened face, low set ears, no philtrum (dent above upper lip). One of the main probelms FAS kids can have is retention. Literally learning something one day and not having the skill the next. Can have behavior issues as well. Should be tons more info. on the net.
