A man who used to live 200 feet from where the pipe ruptured no longer lived there because he lost his home of 15 years to foreclosure. The house is completely destroyed. He very well might have lost his life if he had not lost his home a few months ago. Amazing. He said he feels like the luckiest guy on earth. HP knows it just takes us awhile to find out.
