the charges were dropped most likely cause we had paid about half the fines months ago, and the fact that he was homeless, and most , most likely- he opened his mouth and they realized that he is 1 fry short of a happy meal. forgive me- I do love my son- but he can be ridiculous- no one has more warped reasoning.
