Nothing to worry about. The sadness and drama are part of the recovery package (I hate package deals, don't you?), and that's why we have this forum. I had evenings where I'd sit on my couch and cry for no real reason, I was just sad. I'd be mad at everyone, too. I had to learn to stay away from my phone on those days, I sent some horrible text messages.
I won't drink or drug today because my old dealer left me a voice mail over the weekend that I needed to call him, he had an emergency. Really? What does he think I would help him with? So p!ss on him, I'm not doing drugs (and I'm not calling him back either. Maybe some day he'll get the point).
