Day 3 here, too, and no I don't feel great. Anxious, kind of elevated heartbeat, foggy headed, etc. I felt better yesterday, and far, far worse on Monday.
You sound worse than that, though. You should probably call your Dr. Maybe some meds will help you get through til you're detoxed.
