I dont know what to say and I am not going to offer advice, it is not always a case of kick him out and forget about him, I dont know your financial situation, or who owns what, other things often need to be considered into the equation before we can finally make a decision and move on. You have some tough times ahead and difficult decisons to make but we will all be here to help you through.
