Thanks JIT and all well wishers. I think July 2008 is one of the longest running threads. I always thought that when people stopped posting they went back to drinking. We are all here to tell you that is not always the case. You actually get caught up with life and basically you don't need this site as much as you did in the begining. I think SR is one of the reasons I did not drink. I did not use AA so this was my main recovery tool. It helped to know how many others were in the same boat. If there are any newcomers reading this, come here often and share your feelings. You will have alot of firsts as you pass holidays, parties and vacations. You will find so much help here. Good luck too all. Stop by the July 2008 and say hi but also try to bond with your month peers.
