No... I've not read that book....I was already
successfully AA recovered when it was published.
However...with my doctors permission I did follow an
eating plan + vitamins and supplements in early sobriety.
I found it in my favorite "handbook" on alcoholism
"Under The Influence" by Milam & Ketcham.
To find something like it....Google for hypoglycemia.
