Day 1
It's been a while since I've logged on but here I am!
I'm going to quit drinking again... In a recent break up with my yucky boyfriend, I turned to friends and beer for comfort. Didn't take long (about 2 months) for me to gain about 10 lbs. I've had enough of all this extra chub and my plan is to train for a triathalon to help motivate me to stay sober.
Wish me luck! It's nice to be back.
