Glad you found this site. Everyday I am glad to be able to sign on and read stories and write how I feel. I know all too much about feelings of anxiety.
About to complete day 5 after a relapse, its about 9:50pm eastern time, had a good meeting last night it was a late one which I will go to again in a little bit.
