I didn't even know such a thing existed! I had to find ways to keep myself sober though, for long term success.. The drinking had very little to do with what was wrong, for me... and was certainly more than a mere 'habit'..

I too know there is a LOT more wrong with me than just drinking....I was told many times I was "self medicating" a bipolar disorder.....I was RAISED by an alcoholic schizophrenic and I have some SERIOUS issues from my childhood that were never resolved....even the death of my brother in July 2008...I got NO help with...heck, ANYBODY would be a bit crazy after being beaten, abused, neglected and told you were useless a;most your entire life, (I am 43 years old)
