In the red. In my case I always HAD to be doing something, even if it was wrong. In a lot of cases in our personal and professional life, it is OK to do
nothing. Not every situation needs to be treated with the urgency of a fire alarm going off. When I am unsure of God's will in a certain situation I just wait. More will be revealed later.
