I think I deserve a cowchip today. Just went to the lunch room and XABF was with his friends laughing etc.. and I felt a knot on my lower stomach..then as I was taking my Doritos from the machine I thought "I decide to let go" and my stomach relaxed.
Now I am breathing and NOT beating myself up for still feeling something and not being 100% indifferent ... yet.
