Welcome! Glad you are here. Yeah--shakiness can be a scary as well as dangerous thing. Congrats on calling AA--that's making a postive step in the right direction>seeking help I mean. Also, this place is great for support. You are not alone.

Also, have you seen a DR recently concerning getting safely off booze? Sometimes it is a good idea to get DR or medical treatment to detox safely--especially when there is any type of shakiness involved with possible withdrawal.
