As SisDebbie demonstrated, probably the best thing you can do for you right now is to simply write down what is or is not acceptable to you in your life right now. Mull over the list, write and re-write. You don't have to come up with a plan TODAY, nor do you have to share anything with him right now. Think about your list, come back here to SR and share it -- you will get constructive feedback from people that are not in crisis.
