I use a modified Windy method too
- don't do booze or dope
- do whatever it takes to follow rule one
Posting and reading here daily helps a lot, keeps me focused...gives me support when I need it.
Giving back is important too - helping others helps give me perspective too and I think that's important
as is just living my life really - dealing with stuff, solving problems...doing all that without getting stoned got me new coping skills and made the next crisis easier...and so it goes
it seems like a long road now...but keep moving forward...it does get better Dec
