sorry I missread.......... how do I stay clean? Go to na meetings, doing step work ,I keep a phone list close at hand, pray, post here.. and sometimes if my mind is too jumbled, I do the Windy program.... I just tell myself , don't use ........ don't use.
Tonight I am having a really tough time...... but i know I'll go to sleep clean.
