One thing I use is my fear of going through withdrawal again. Also take pride in the fact that you are doing something not many can do, and that is get off opiates. Just make using not an option,like not stepping out into traffic or jumping off a building. Your children need you, its sometimes easier to consider their well being first obviously, cause us addicts aren't to great at doing what is good for ourselves
