I am new to this and recently have been made aware through the beginning of long overdue therapy that I indeed am a text book codependent my life spun out of control because of it and now through much pain and destruction in my life from others and that I have recently caused I am here. Shut up in a room unsure of myself and trying to find away to live each day with a different mind set. I am glad to have found this site.
